GoldeNet Australia guarantees that all products will be delivered free of manufacturer's defects. If your item is found to be defective upon receipt, it will be replaced at no charge to you. If the damage is caused by normal wear-and-tear, then our jeweller will repair your item "at-cost". Please contact GoldeNet Australia Customer Service with any questions or concerns.
All of our diamond jewellery is manufactured using the highest quality materials and are inspected prior to shipment. If you purchased a ring from GoldeNet Australia, we suggest you have your prongs checked for tightness every six months by a local jeweller. This is generally a free service. You should also take care to clean your jewellery on a regular basis. You can purchase a jewellery cleaner or simply use a toothbrush and warm soapy water.
