How to return an order: Call GoldeNet Australia customer service on 1300 361 873 to obtain our return address and postal details. Secure your item(s) and all the original paperwork you received with the item in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (available at the post office). Send the package using Australian Platinum overnight service or Registered Mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.

GoldeNet Australia guarantees that all products will be delivered free of manufacturer's defects. If your item is found to be defective upon receipt, it will be replaced at no charge to you.
