We ordered a 14k rose gold ring with a round centre diamond and 2 baguettes either side. We carefully selected the centre diamond and it's quality is great. Unfortunately it did arrive rattling and loose in it's setting. The 2 baguettes either side unfortunately were not the same cut nor the same size. One was much larger than the other and the smaller one was tappered to a point where the other was not. These faults were rectified once we sent it back and they fixed their faults they had clearly over looked. The baguettes now match and are the same.
