GoldeNet Australia Return Policy
Our fine diamonds and timeless jewellery should not only meet your expectations but exceed them. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return your product for a full refund within 30 days from the date of shipment.
How to return an order:
Call GoldeNet customer service at
1300 361 873 to obtain our return address and postal details.
Secure your item(s) and all the original paperwork you received with the item in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (available at the post office).
Send the package using Australian Platinum overnight service or Registered Mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items.
*GoldeNet Australia is not responsible for items damaged while shipping.
Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.
Note: Please be careful NOT to write diamond, jewellery or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package as this invites possible theft.
Conditions of Return:
Returns are simple, but are subject to certain rules:
The item must be received by GoldeNet Australia WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS of shipment for the refund.
Please note that all items must be returned in the same condition as received from GoldeNet Australia. Any returns that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than GoldeNet Australia), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
If the item is a diamond, the original gemological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond needs to be returned as well.
If you received a gift that was purchased at GoldeNet Australia and wish to return it, as with any purchase, the gift recipient can return the item for exchange. However, if you wish to return the gift for a refund, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift purchaser and not the recipient.
All requests will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately six business days to process upon receipt of the item.
