GoldeNet Australia Layby Policy

GoldeNet Australia allows our items to be paid using a Layby service. Please read our terms and conditions and contact us via email or 1300 361 873 to commence Layby proceedings.

Terms

Minimum requirements:

• Layby orders will be accepted for products valued above $1000AUD.
• The Customer is deemed to have agreed to the following terms.

Payment:

• A minimum deposit of 15% is required at the time of placing the order and 30% for loose diamonds,
• The full amount should be paid within 6 months, and 3 months for loose diamonds,
• If payment of an installment is declined that payment will be charged on the following day,
• If payment of an installment is declined four times successively, your Layby will be suspended.

Cancellation:

• Any cancellations of a Layby order will incur a 10% fee of the item price.

Delivery:

• Your order will be delivered once all of your installments have been paid.
